A Bit About Me

Anne Krothe-Wolfe is a licensed social worker who is also a dancer, drag performer, group facilitator, event producer, community organizer, and educator. She received her Master of Social Work from Marywood University. She has spent the majority of her life in NEPA and the majority of her adult life working in the local nonprofit sector. Some from the community may recognize her from when she was a sexual health educator and tester for a local AIDS Service Organization. Anne has recently become a Certified Vibroacoustic Practitioner to use the power of sound vibrations to help ease symptoms and promote relaxation for anyone in need of a holistic approach to full-body wellness. She is an event coordinator and movement guide at the IAM Center for Creative Healing in New Albany, PA, and provides vibroacoustic therapy at the Great Escape Floatation Center in Wilkes-Barre. She was a former board member of the NEPA Rainbow Alliance and the Pennsylvania Youth Congress. She is proud to be selected for board service as a part of the NEPA Pride Coalition and hopes her years of experience will help to serve them well!
