A Bit About Me

Hope is the NEPA Pride Coalition’s Director of Coordination and Community Support since the Fall of 2023.  

 

Hope is a licensed clinical social worker practicing independently as a trauma therapist and is the owner of Transition with Hope LLC in Kingston, Pennsylvania. Hope primarily works with the LGBT+ community providing gender-affirming care, provides assessments to coordinate medical intervention, and collaborates with service providers to aid their clients in their transition. Additionally, Hope is dedicated to working with a range of areas including complex trauma, life transitions, Autism, anxiety disorders, and relational trauma.  

 

Hope is passionate about the improvement of accessibility of resources to the community and has created resources such as the NEPA affirming guide for those seeking resources of all kinds to recognize inclusive safe spaces and represent LGBT+-owned businesses. Having a desire to provide the community with resources and elevate services that promote the intersectionality of identities within the community.  

 

Hope is a part of the LGBT+ community and feels personally and professionally touched by the mission that the NEPA Pride Coalition stands for. 

  

Hope is excited to continue developing opportunities for inclusivity, advocacy, and collaboration through their role.  

 

 They currently live in Luzerne County with their Bull Terrier mix and two rabbits.
